Section
As
displayed below, the reporter section is divided into three separate
frames. Section 1(left frame) is
the module menu where you can select different modules or stages of
the study.
Section 2(top frame) is where
you select the forms to work on or view, and Section 3(output section) is
where you actually enter and view data or interact with the system
requests.

When
you select a module or stage, the form selection buttons are
dynamically generated by the system to give you a choice of forms
pertaining to that particular module or stage. You also have to pay
attention to the color of the buttons. When the color of a button
is blue, that means you have not entered that form for this
patient. Therefore,
when you click on the button, output section will serve you the
entry form. On the
other hand, if the color of the button is red, that means you
already entered the form, and you’ll see the completed form when you
click on the red button.
